I've received alot of private comments from people asking for updates. I didn't know that anyone was really interested in us anymore at this point, but I feel blessed that so many people do care.

My husband and I have been through some problems, mostly dealing with his children and their biological mother, but things pretty much worked out. We have them permanently now, and she has supervised visitations with them. He and I have strengthened our marriage through this process. We realized that we definitely have a solid foundation, and we are happier now than we ever have been. All the children are doing good. The only one that seems to need a little more attention at the moment is Sanaa. She's at that age where she's getting into relationships, and with that brings the pressure of sex. I've tried to talk to her to tell her that it's best if she holds on to her virginity, but I don't know how loudly my voice rings in her head in comparison to her boyfriend, and her other friends. She's seeing some guy named Juan. He's a nice enough guy, I guess, but I know that he's talking to her about "his needs". That has me a little flustered. I'm sure we'll get through it though.
